Thank you for supporting Sacred Heart Studio. Every order is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days
International shipping times vary by destination.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Packaging

Art prints are packaged in protective sleeves and shipped in rigid mailers to help prevent damage during transit.

Stickers and smaller items are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided for eligible shipments once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Sacred Heart Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
