Refund & Return Policy

At Sacred Heart Studio, every order is carefully packaged and prepared by hand. I want you to love your purchase, and if something isn't right, I'll do my best to make it right.

Returns

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect item ordered
Minor variations in color caused by different screen settings

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item and its packaging

If the issue is confirmed, I'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost, please contact me and I'll help you file a claim or find the best solution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production or packaging may have already begun, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
